Chelsea star Willian praises Brazil performance [divider]
Chelsea midfielder Willian praised Brazil’s performance in the 4-0 win against Turkey at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium.
“The Turkish national team have good players,” Willian said.
“But we played very well from start to end and got a great result, now it is important that we build upon this and keep moving forward.”
Willian scored Brazil’s third goal just before the half time whistle thanks to an assist from Neymar.
The 26-year-old midfielder repaid the favour on 60 minutes when he setup Neymar with the fourth and final goal.
Willian’s goal and assist will have gone down well with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho who recently asked him to score more often.
“One thing I have in my mind is to score more goals – I am desperate. Mr Mourinho has told me this before. He knows, and I know, that I should get more goals,” Willian said.
