Chelsea take good care of loan players says Marko Marin

during the Chelsea Press Conference at Stamford Bridge on May 1, 2013 in London, England.

Marko Marin joined Chelsea on a £7 million move from Werder Bremen back in 2012 but despite being contracted to the Blues for the past few seasons he has made just 16 appearances.

The Germany international is currently at his fourth loan club after playing for Anderlecht, Fiorentina, Sevilla.

The 26-year-old has however, underlined that he got to pick the clubs he joined on loan and that Chelsea take good care of their players out on temporary moves.

Marin underlined that Chelsea keep close tabs on his progress and hold regular meetings regarding his progress.

“[My contact at Chelsea is] Paulo Ferreira. I have played with him, and he is responsible for me. We talk regularly on Skype, once, maybe twice a month, and also write each other. That makes you feel better. It’s not like Chelsea just sends you somewhere. I always picked my [loan] clubs,” Marin told Kicker in an interview.

Marin joined Trabzonspor over the summer transfer window and has established himself as a first team regular and fan favourite.

The Blues have probably the most loaned out players in Europe having sent 26 players on temporary moves around Europe.

Chelsea also loaned out 21-year-old defender Kenneth Omeruo to Kasimpasa who has also settled in well and is currently a key player in one of the best performing defensive side in the league having conceded just 22 goals all season.
