Club Brugge ‘are not Liverpool or Spurs’ says Bilic [divider]
Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic revealed that Club Brugge may not be as strong as Liverpool or Tottenham but that they still pose a threat.
The Black Eagles will take on Club Brugge in the Europa League Last 16 first-leg.
“So I tell my players if – only if – we can reach that level again, then we are able to beat most other teams. Brugge are not Liverpool or Spurs, but they are a very good team, they top their league, so chances are 50-50,” Bilic was quoted as saying on the official UEFA website.

Beşiktaş faced Tottenham in the Europa League group stages, drawing the game in London and beating Spurs 1-0 in Istanbul.
The Black Eagles also made it past Liverpool in the Round of 32.
The Turkish giants have only lost once in the Europa League this season but Club Brugge are undefeated in the competition.
Club Brugge are first in their domestic lead. Beşiktaş are second in the Süper Lig on goal difference.
