Club Brugge manager Michel Preud’homme admitted that his side are enjoying playing in the Europa League and just want to test themselves to see how far they can progress.
“This season it was very important for us to get through to the group stage, initially – we failed to qualify last season,” Preud’homme told the official UEFA website.
“Having got there we won the group and eliminated Torino in the next round. Now we are aiming to enjoy it and see how far we can go.”
Club Brugge finished the Europa League group stage in first place and knocked Aalborg out of the competition in the Round of 32.
The Belgium based side are undefeated in European competition this season and beat Beşiktaş 2-1 in the Last 16 first-leg.
Beşiktaş are however, unbeaten on home turf in European competition this season, including games against Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham.
