Contract negotiations between Besiktas and Atiba Hutchinson have hit a stumbling block as the Black Eagles are unwilling to meet the Canadian international’s demands.

According to the Turkish newspaper Fanatik, Besiktas have offered the 32-year-old a one and a half year deal at €1.75 million pear season.

However, the combative defensive midfielder has asked for a three year deal along with a €250,000 signing on fee. Atiba can enter direct talks with other clubs as his contract is set to run out at the end of the season.
