Borussia Dortmund are planning to replace outgoing midfielder İlkay Gündoğan with Anderlecht star Youri Tielemans according to Bild.
The report claims that Dortmund would need to make an offer of around €15 million to tempt Anderlecht into accepting a bid.

The Anderlecht midfielder still has a contract with the Belgium giants until 2020.
Dortmund could use the transfer fee generated from the sale of Gündoğan to finance the move which would indicate the 24-year-old as being England bound.
Manchester United and Arsenal have been closely linked with Gündoğan over the past month according to the Daily Mail.
Gündoğan has also been closely linked with a move to Barcelona over recent weeks and was spotted in the city on the weekend.
Barça Blaugranes recently stated that Barcelona are in talks with the Dortmund star but there is still disagreement over the transfer fee.
Barcelona would not however, be able to sign the 24-year-old until January 2016 due to a transfer ban.
