Emre Can played the full 90 minutes in Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea in the CapitalOne cup. Can played on the right side of a three man defence alongside Martin Skrtel and Mamadou Sakho.

Can played gave away a penalty in the 17th minute which lead to Chelsea taking the lead from the spot. The Germany U20 international received a racing of 7.12 from WhoScored.com despite his mistake.
