Enes Unal comes from a family of Manchester City supporters

It turns out Manchester City’s latest transfer Enes Ünal comes from a family of City supporters.

The 18-year-old posted a tweet in May 2012 where he stated that everybody in his family supports the Sky Blues.

The tweets translates to, “I can’t believe it, everybody in my house including my mum are M.City fans.”

The tweet was posted following Kun Aguero’s title winning goal against QPR for Manchester City.

Ünal is expected to put pen-to-paper on a four year deal with The Citizens after undergoing a medical. The Premier League giants will pay Bursaspor a £2.64 million transfer fee.

The Turkish international made 19 Turkish Super Lig appearances for Bursaspor last season scoring one league goal.

The 18-year-old striker has an extraordinary international record scoring 24 times in 25 games for the U16’s and has already been called-up to the senior national team.

Ünal made his first appearance for the senior Turkish national team in the 2-1 win over Luxembourg on Tuesday 31 March aged just 16.
