The tweet which was posted on 29 May 2012 translates too, “Perhaps one day I will play in England.”

The tweet was posted weeks after Manchester City won the Premier League title via a late goal from Kun Aguero.

The 18-year-old is expected to put pen-to-paper on a four year deal with City after undergoing a medical. The Citizens giants will pay Bursaspor a £2.64 million transfer fee.

Ünal made his first appearance for the senior Turkish national team in the 2-1 win over Luxembourg on Tuesday 31 March aged just 17.

The Bursaspor striker also became the youngest player ever to score in the Süper Lig in 2013 and already has seven first team goals for the Green Crocodiles.
