“He would enjoy the life here” – Julian Draxler urges Arsenal superstar to make the move to PSG

Paris Saint Germain star Julian Draxler has urged Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil to make the move to the French capital.

Ozil’s future at Arsenal has been shrouded in mystery. The 28-year-old will have just 12 months remaining on his contract with Arsenal this summer.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger recently admitted that contract talks with Ozil are on hold until the end of the season.

Julian Draxler made the move to PSG from Wolfsburg earlier this year.

The 23-year-old was part of the PSG team which succumbed to a 6-1 defeat at the hands of Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League.

Draxler believes his international teammate Ozil would enjoy life playing for PSG.

“I would love to play with him every day,” Draxler told the BBC.

“For me, he’s a great player. I enjoy to play with him for every training, every match with the German national team.”

“Yes, I think he’s a great player. He would help every team in the world and I think he would enjoy the life here and even to play for PSG.”

Ozil was the star of the show during Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Sunderland on Tuesday. The 28-year-old is available for selection once again on Sunday when the Gunners host Everton.

Arsenal need to win their last game of the season and hope Liverpool drop points if they are to qualify.
