Erkan Zengin completes move to Trabzonspor

Erkan Zengin has completed his move from Eskisehirspor to Trabzonspor to bring to an end to a drawn out transfer saga. The Swedish international has signed a two and a half year contract

Trabzonspor confirmed the news on their official website and held a contract signing ceremony in Trabzon.

The Black Sea Storm released a statement on the stock exchange confirming the financial details of the transfer. Trabzonspor will pay a transfer fee of €2,250,000 to Eskişehirspor.

Zengin will make the following per-season over the next 2.5 years:

2014 – 2015: €800.000
2015 – 2016: €1.650.000
2016 – 2017: €1.750.000

The Swedish international of Turkish origin joined EsEs in 2010 and has 29 goals as well as 33 assists in 171 appearances for the Süper Lig outfit.

Zengin was also closely linked with a move to Fenerbahçe after a contract payment dispute with Eskişehirspor.

The 29-year-old has scored four goals in 16 appearances for Eskisehirspor this season.
