Eskişehirspor have not received offers for Erkan Zengin [divider]
Eskişehirspor have not received any offers for Erkan Zengin according to club manager Ertuğrul Sağlam.
“As you know the club is experiencing some financial difficulties,” Sağlam said.
“We have been facing the same problems for a while now but our players have shown a lot of understanding.
“There have been no official offers for Erkan Zengin, if we do receive any formal offers the board will make a decision of what is in the clubs best interest.”
Trabzonspor were reported to have made a €2 million bid for Zengin.
“If the board agrees I would work with Ersun Yanal again,” Zengin said.
“Trabzonspor are one of the biggest clubs in Turkey, it would be an exciting new challenge.”
Zengin has two and a half years remaining on this contract.
The Swedish international of Turkish origin joined EsEs in 2010 and has 29 goals as well as 33 assists in 171 appearances for the Süper Lig outfit.
