Euro giants to fly to England to step up talks with Man city for £28m star striker Wilfried Bony

Galatasaray officials will fly to England this week to step up talks with Manchester City over Wilfried Bony.

Bony’s career has been in steady decline following his £28 million move from Swansea back in January 2015 (BBC).

The Ivory Coast international has netted just 11 goals for City since the move and is currently out on loan at Stoke City.

A source close to Galatasaray has revealed to Turkish-Football that further transfer talks – regarding Wildfried Bony –  with City will be held in England.

Per the source, Galatasaray will sign a new striker over the summer. Galatasaray offloaded Kolbeinn Sightorsson in January. Meanwhile, Lukas Podolski will leave the club this summer to join the Japanese side Vissel Kobe.

The news comes days after Turkish outlet Fotomac reported that Galatasaray were in early talks with City over Bony.

Bony has netted just  two goals in 11 apperances for Stoke City this season. The 28-year-old has two years remaining on his contract with Man City.
