Everton demand €10 million from Galatasaray for star striker

Oumar Niasse Crystal Palace transfer news

Galatasaray have reached a potential stumbling block in negotiations to sign Oumar Niasse on a season-long loan.

A source close to Galatasaray has told Turkish-Football that Everton are want to include a €10 million option to sign and a 30% future fee clause within the loan deal.

Galatasaray are uncomfortable with the off and want the buy out clause to be set at €5.5 million.

Niasse joined Everton just seven months ago from Lokomotiv Moscow for €16 million but has struggled to adapt to the Premier League. The Senegal international has failed to find the back of the net in five Premier League appearances.

The Liverpool Echo state that Niasse is resigned to leaveing Everton this summer. The 26-year-old was left out from the squad which takes on Barnsley in a pre-season friendly on Saturday. Niasse has previously played in for Akhisar Belediyespor in Turkish Super League before making the move to Russia.
