Fenerbahce defender Caner Erkin’s agent Batur Altıparmak will hold talks with the Serie A giants Inter Milan.
“We will meet with Inter this weekend or on Monday,” Caner’s agent Altıparmak told Turkish-Football.
Both Liverpool and Everton were also closely linked with the Turkish international according to the Express newspaper.
Inter Milan have a longstanding interest in the Turkish international and the Serie A giants are understood to be closing in on a €2.2 million deal for Erkin.
Erkin has attracted interest from across Europe and is available on a free-transfer in the summer. The 27-year-old decided against extending his contract with Fenerbahce and recently fell out with the Yellow Canaries boss Vítor Pereira.
The Turkish international star has eight assists and one goal in 27 appearances for Fenerbahce this season. Fenerbahce take on Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish Super Lig this weekend.
