Everton Star Certain To Leave Goodison Park, Euro Giants Keen On

Everton star Kevin Mirallas is reportedly ‘certain’ to leave Goodison Park this summer, according to Belgian website Nieuwsblad.

Per the source, Galatasaray and Olympiakos are both interested in the midfielder.

Mirallas has struggled for playing time under the stewardship of Sam Allardyce, in fact he has failed to make the 18-man squad for any of the Toffees league games since he was appointed manager.

The report claims that the Lions are favourites to sign the Belgium international who has made just 13 appearances in all competitions this season.

The 30-year-old does have another three years remaining on his contract.

Mirallas is however, no stranger to Olympiakos having played for them before joining Everton.

The experienced midfielder has fallen behind Aaron Lennon, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Ademola Lookman and Yannick Bolasie in the pecking order.

Mirallas will need to gain more playing time if he hopes to make the Belgium World Cup squad.

The Istanbul giants have been long term admirers of Mirallas but it remains to be seen what recently appointed manager Fatih Terim will decide.

Galatasaray are currently just one point behind league leaders Basaksehir but replaced Igor Tudor with Terim as head coach today.
