Everton striker nears Goodison park exit

Everton’s Senegal international striker Oumar Niasse nearing an exit from Goodison park just six months after joining from Lokomotiv Moscow for £13.5 million.

The former Akhisar Belediyespor front man has been left off Everton;s squad sheet ahead of the upcoming Premier League season.

Everton revealed their squad number list on their official Twitter page with Niasse’s name noticeably absent.

Niasse is set to part company with Everton by the end of the transfer window according Daily Mail. The daily newspaper claims that the Galatasaray are in pole position to sign him having made a £1 million offer for the 26-year-old striker.

The report goes onto state that, Everton manager Ronald Koeman is ready to sell Niasse this summer. Koeman left him out of Everton’s pre-season squad and the 26-year-old has played just 152 minutes of football over the summer.

Niasse failed to find the back of the net in the Premier League in five attempts last season.
