Galatasaray take on the Kazak side FC Astana later on today in the UEFA Champions League. The game will be played at the Astana Arena and kick-off is at 17:00.
The Istanbul giants were defeated by a 1-0 scoreline in their opening group stage game by the La Liga giants Atletico Madrid.
Astana also lost their first Champions League game to the Portuguese side Benfica.
The Lion’s will be without their star striker Burak Yilmaz due to a hamstring injury. Lukas Podolski who scored in Galatasaray’s last game is expected to start.
The Germany international was an Arsenal player before joining Galatasaray on a three-year transfer over the summer transfer window.
Galatasaray are currently 8th in the league with eight points after five games.
