Fenerbahçe could close the gap with league leaders Galatasaray to just three points with a win against Başakşehir in the mini Istanbul derby.

The Yellow Canaries would overtake Galatasaray if they win their remaining two games if the Lions lose their final game of the season against Rizespor.

Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray have both won the league title 19 times and a 20th Süper Lig championship would give both clubs the right to wear a fourth star.

The Canaries have missed two years of European football due to serving a UEFA footballing competition ban.

Fenerbahçe are currently manager by Ismail Kartal, however, the former Canaries player is expected to leave at the end of the season.
