Fenerbahçe hold talks with Besiktas striker Mustafa Pektemek

Mustafa Pektemek’s agent Muhammet Ali Gençcan has held talks with Fenerbahçe according to the Turkish newspaper Takvim.
Pektemek’s contract with Besiktas runs out at the end of the season and can enter direct talks with other clubs.
The report goes onto say that Gençcan has reached a pre-agreement with Fenerbahce on a two and a half year deal at €1.7 million per year.

Besiktas have offered the 26-year-old forward a €1.2 million deal however, the Turkish international wants to be on equal pay of Cenk Tosun who earns €1.7 million per year.
Pektemek has one assist and scored two goals in 14 appearances for the Istanbul Giants this season.
