Fenerbahce have made a loan bid for Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda according to AMK.
The report claims that the Yellow Canaries are also in talks with the Blues over Loic Remy and Baba Rahman.
Musonda spent last season on loan at Real Betis last season and the La Liga outfit are repotted to be keen on keeping him on for another season.
Chelsea loaned out over 20 players last season including two to the Turkish Super Lig – Kenneth Omeruo to Kasimpasa and Marko Marin to Trabzonspor.
The 19-year-old midfielder is expected to be loaned out for another season as he is unlikely to break into the first team.
