Fenerbahçe have agreed to a £4 million per-season contract for Manchester United winger Nani according to the Milliyet.
Nani’s loan deal with Sporting Lisbon officially ends on 30 June 2015 after which he will be free to join the Yellow Canaries.
The 28-year-old winger would become the most highly paid player for Fenerbahçe if the transfer is finalised.

The Portuguese international is expected to complete his transfer to Fenerbahçe after his holiday in Las Vegas according to a Turkish-football.com source.
The source reported that negotiations with Fenerbahçe went well and that he is likely to join the Istanbul giants in early July.
Fenerbahçe plan to complete their transfers before the start of pre-season training and the Champions League play-off round.
The Yellow Canaries will try to book a place in the Champions League group stages via the playoff route after finishing the league as runners up last season.
