Fenerbahce set to sign the young Goias striker Erik Lima

Fenerbahce are set to sign the young Goias striker Erik Lima according to Eurosport.

The report states that the 21-year-old will join Fenerbahce in January after the Yellow Canaries agreed a €7.5 million transfer fee with Goias.

Lima will sign a five-year deal with Fenerbahce keeping him in Istanbul until July 2019.

The 21-year-old forward can player as a striker or on either wing. Lima has provide done assist and scored eight goals in 14 appearances for Goias this season.

The Canaries have already made 11 transfers this season including Manchester United duo Robin van Persie and Luis Nani.

Fener have also signed Danish international Simon Kjaer, Brazil international Josef De Souza, Lazar Markovic from Liverpool and four Bursaspor players including highly rated 20-year-old Ozan Tufan as well as last seasons top goal-scorer in the league Fernandao.

Last seasons Süper Lig runners-up have also parted ways with nine players including long-serving veterans Emre Belözoğlu and Selçuk Şahin.
