Gaziantepspor striker Muhammet Demir has been linked with a move to Fenerbahce in January.
Fenerbahce manager Ismail Kartal is on the hunt for a Turkish striker in order to give him more options regarding his starting line-up.
The Istanbul Giants will meet with Gaziantepspor representatives this week to agree upon a transfer fee.
The 22-year-old striker has a market valuation of €3 million.
The former Bursaspor youth has been at Gaziantepspor since 2011.
Demir has scored five goals in 10 games for Gaziantepspor this season.
