Former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o signs three year deal

Samuel Eto’o has signed a three year deal with Antalyaspor according to NTV Spor.

The Cameroon international underwent a medical yesterday and was given a tour of the stadium and city today.

Eto’o put pen to paper on a three year deal with the Scorpions before flying out to Paris. The 34-year-old will earn €3 million per season plus bonuses.

Antalyaspor will hold a contract signing ceremony on July 7th to unveil their latest transfer.

Eto’o has previously played for Sampdoria, Chelsea, Anzhi, Inter and Barcelona. Eto’o joined Sampdoria from Everton last season and scored six times while providing five assists in all competitions last season for the Serie A outfit.

Antalyaspor were promoted to top-tier football at the end of the season and want to strengthen the squad with a number of high profile and experienced transfers.

The Antalya based club is also in the process of completing a new 40,000 seater stadium.
