Arsenal full-back Mathieu Debuchy to leave North London according to Get French Football News and Galatasaray are among his suitors.

The report claims that Galatasaray have made contact and that the Lions are keen on a move as are Serie A giants AS Roma but Debuchy is keen on remaining in the Premier League.

Despite reports that Galatasaray contacted Debuchy, club sporting director Levent Nazifoglu revealed it was actually the other way round and that his agent offered the Arsenal man to the club.

“Mathieu Debuchy was offered to Galatasaray through his agent on a loan deal,” Nazifoglu was quoted as saying by Turkish-football.com.

Debuchy has struggled with injuries over the past season and was loaned out to Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux over the second half of last season .

The French international’s last game for the Gunners was in the Champions League against Dinamo Zagreb but he still has another three-years on his contract.

The 31-year-old has two goals in 27 caps for France since making his international debut back in 2011 but was ruled out of the European Championships this summer with a hamstring injury.
