Galatasaray beat Kayserispor 3-1 at the Turk Telekom Arena on Saturday to close the gap with league leaders Basaksehir to just two points.

It was the visitors who actually opened the scoring after Kravets put his side ahead on 15 minutes.

The lead was short lived as Mbaye Diagne equalised just a minute later.

The January signing sent his side ahead on 42 minutes after netting his 11th penalty of the season.

In total Diagne now has 28 goals and three assists in all competitions this term. The Senegal international has eight goals in eight games since joining Galatasaray.

Nagatamo wrapped up all three points with the Yellow-Reds third and final goal in the fourth minute of additional time.

Basaksehir could extend their lead at the top of the table to five points with a victory over Rizespor today.
