Galatasaray 3-2 Mersin: Lions Go Top[divider]
Galatasaray recorded their fourth consecutive Süper Lig win against Mersin at the Türk Telekom Arena.
Mersin got off to a strong start, Güven put the away side ahead within 10 minutes but scored an own goal 18 minutes for Galatasaray’s equaliser.
Mersin took the lead again on 26 minutes when Mitrovic converted from the penalty spot.
Galatasaray came out the blocks firing in the second half and had a penalty awarded on 54 minutes that was put away by Burak Yılmaz.
Sabri Sarıoğlu provided Umut Bulut with an assist for the Lions third goal to secure the three points.
Galatasaray moved into first place on 31 points following the win.
