Galatasaray boss unsure about Wesley Sneijder future [divider]
Hamza Hamzaoğlu admitted he was unsure about Wesley Sneijder’s future going into the transfer window.
“You never know with the transfer business,” Hamzaoğlu said.
“If an offer comes and he says he wants to leave we will have to see what happens but right now that is not in our places.”
Sneijder has been closely linked with a January move to Italian giants Juventus.
Hamzaoğlu also revealed that Sneijder played the derby game with a painkiller injection.
“Sneijder played despite a problem in his foot, he used painkiller injections and only trained two days this week,” Hamzaoğlu said.
“He was fit for the game but we did not want to risk causing him further injury.
“He completed one training session with pain killers.
“I was really impressed with his performance today.”
Sneijder has four goals and one assist in all competitions this season.
