Galatasaray could face Chelsea or Arsenal in Champions League if they win league title

Galatasaray could face Premier League giants Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester City in the Champions League if they win the Süper Lig title.

The Lions are currently first in the league and would book an automatic place in the UEFA competition if they win the championship.

The Istanbul giants would qualify for the competition in pot three alongside, Shakhtar (86.033), Basel (84.875), Dnipro/ Sevilla (78.385), Lyon (72.983), Ajax (66.195), Dinamo Kiev (65.033) and Olympiakos (62.380).

Galatasaray could play seeded sides Manchester United (103.078), Valencia (99.885), Bayer Leverkusen (87.883), Shakhtar Donetsk (86.033), Ajax (66.195) in the play-off round if they finish runners up.

The red and yellows can finish no lower than runners up as things stand however, second placed Fenerbahçe still have a chance to overtake them.
