The Turkish international has returned to team training and is expected to be match fit in time for the game on Thursday.
The Turkish sustained an injury in the International Royal Cup friendly tournament during the winter break.
Kaya still has four-years left on his contract and makes €1.5 million per-season.
The young defender missed the European championship game for Turkey against the Netherlands and the friendly against Luxembourg.
Kaya is expected to return to first-team football in time for the next round of Süper Lig games.
