Galatasaray defender Semih Kaya has been linked with a move to Inter Milan according to the Milliyet.
Inter manager Roberto Mancini knows the Turkish international well having coached Kaya during his time at Galatasaray.
Kaya was rumoured to have enjoyed a close relationship with Mancini and the Italian coach is reported to have sent scouts to keep tabs on the young defender this season.
The 23-year-old has spent much of 2015 on the sidelines due to injury.
The young defender missed the European championship game for Turkey against the Netherlands and the friendly against Luxembourg.
Kaya is expected to return to first-team football in time for the next round of Süper Lig games.
Kaya still has four-years left on his contract and makes €1.5 million per-season.
The Turkish international has been valued in the region of €10 million by his club.
Kaya has also been linked with Juventus, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid and Inter in recent weeks.
