Premier League duo Everton and Bournemouth are also reported to be interested in signing the Portuguese international.

Eder does have a €30 million release clause but the Portuguese giants are rumoured to be demanding at least €8 million for the 27-year-old forward.

Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoglu recently revealed that he is looking to make four to five transfers over the summer transfer window.

“We want to make 4-5 transfers over the summer but it could be more or less depending on how talks go,” Hamzaoglu told TRT.

The Lions won the Super Lig title for the 20th time and the Turkish Cup for the 16th occasion this season. Galatasaray have now won the double six times which is a Turkish club record.

The Istanbul giants have booked a place in the Champions League group stages next season.
