Galatasaray are set to offer Marseille striker Pierre Gignac a three-year deal according to the Sabah.
The Lions have been keeping close tabs on the France international and were reported to have first held talks back in January.
The Istanbul giants are reported to have offered a contract worth €2.5 million per-season.
Gignac was in prolific form for Marseille last season scoring 21 goals in 37 Ligue 1 appearances however, he has not renewed his contract with the French giants and is available on a free transfer.
TalkSport have also linked Liverpool and Newcastle United with the French international.
The Chronicle Live claims that Newcastle are expected to make an offer but could face competition from Montpellier.
Galatasaray official Cenk Ergün recently confirmed that Galatasaray were interested in Gignac over the winter transfer window.
“Galatasaray want Gignac but will need to make way for him by getting rid of a foreign player,” Ergün told Radyospor.
The 29-year-old joined Marseille in August 2010 from Toulouse for €20 million.
