Galatasaray to offer Tottenham striker Soldado €3 million per season deal

Galatasaray have set their sights on Tottenham’s out-of-favour striker Roberto Soldado according to AMK.

The Spanish international has been tipped to leave Spurs this summer and has long been linked with Galatasaray.

The report goes onto state that Galatasaray are willing to match his €3 million per season wages which he currently earns.

Soldado joined Tottenham from Valencia for €30 million back in 2013 but has failed to live up to his price tag.

The 30-year-old lost his place in the starting line up to Harry Kane and only scored 1 goal in 24 Premier League appearances. Soldado has two years remaining on his contract with Tottenham.

The former Valencia star has scored seven goals in 12 appearances for the Spanish national team.

Galatasaray won the league title for a record 20th time last season and booked a place in next seasons Champions League group stages.
