Galatasaray have arrived in Germany to prepare for the Champions League encounter with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday 4 November.

Club President Duygun Yarsuvat’s assistants Abdurrahim Albayrak and Ali Dürüst traveled with the squad to Germany.

Speaking to reporters at the airport Albayrak said, “It should be an exciting game. If we want to stay in the competition we need to pick up points. Hopefully we can return to Turkey with a win.”

Felipe Melo has been included in the squad which traveled to Germany despite carrying an injury.

Dortmund inflicted a heavy 4-0 defeat on Galatasaray when the two teams met in Istanbul. The Lions need at least a point at the Signal Iduna Park stadium in order to keep their chances of qualification alive.
