Germany take on Poland in Frankfurt hoping to overtake Group D leaders and move into first place and take another step towards guaranteeing Euro 2016 championship qualification.

Liverpool youngster Emre Can is set to make his first appearance for the Germany national team and will make up one of three players of Turkish origin in the team – the others being Arsenal’s Mesut Özil and Borussia Dortmund’s İlkay Gündoğan.

Galatasaray striker Lukas Podolski has also been called up to the national team.
