The game was at a deadlock until the 90th minute when Sow stole all three points with a last minute goal to end Senegal’s eight match winless run.

The former Ligue 1 champion and top scorer joined Fenerbahçe from Lille for €10 million in January 2012.

Sow played an important role in Fenerbahce winning the Super Lig title last season.

The 29-year-old striker has six goals and one assist for the Yellow Canaries this season.

Sow has 12 goals in 35 international caps for Senegal.

The win saw Senegal move into second place in the AFCON 2015 Group C, Algeria topped the group after the first round of games on goal difference after beating South Africa 3-1.

Senegal face South Africa next while Ghana and Algeria go head to head.
