Ghana international Opare scores in league debut [divider]

Beşiktaş fullback Daniel Opare scored in his league debut against Balıkesirspor on Sunday but his goal was not enough to prevent a 2-2 draw.

The Ghanian international followed up an impressive performance against Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 with another superb game this time against Balıkesirspor.

Opare made 81 passes at an 88 percent accuracy against the Reds and passed well against Balıkesirspor as well.

The 24-year-old made 64 passes at a 90 percent accuracy and caused the opposition problems in the final third with his dribbling ability.

Opare was given an 8.10 rating by Whoscored and selected Man of the Match.

The Ghana international joined Beşiktaş on loan from Porto over the winter transfer window.

Beşiktaş have the option to sign Opare at the end of the season.

The Black Eagles remain in second place following the draw against Balıkesirspor, three points behind league leaders Galatasaray.

Beşiktaş take on Sivasspor on the road next weekend.
