Trabzonspor striker Abdul Majeed Waris is a doubt for the Africa Cup of Nations 2015 following an injury he sustained last week in his sides 4-1 defeat to Eskisehirspor.
Ghan’s national team manager Avram Grant has reduced the side of his provisional squad by dropping Malmo midfielder Enoch Adu Kofi, Middlesborough’s Albert Adomah, Stephen Adams, Mahatma Otoo,Alfred Duncan and Ebenezer Assifuah.
Trabzonspor striker Abdul Majeed Waris will be monitored after picking up an injury.
Waris joined Trabzonspor for £5 million this summer and has two goals and an assist in all competitions this season.
The highly rated Ghanian international joined Spartak Moscow in 2013 and spent last season on loan at Ligue 1 outfit Valenciennes.
Waris found the back of the net four times for the Black Sea Storm this season.
