Manchester City crushed Steaua Bucharest 5-0 in their first-leg Champions League qualifier in what was their biggest ever margin of victory in the competition.
Gundogan was delighted with City’s display despite not being available to play due to injury.
The Germany international of Turkish origin shared his opinion with a series of tweets – well we assume his social media manager did.

And his social media manager managed to avoid another gaffe this time around – or perhaps Gundogan has taken control of his social media now.
Arsenal star Mesut Ozil and Gundogan were involved in a social media mixup ahead of the Gunners pre-season friendly against Mexican giants Chivas last month.
Gundogan posted a tweet saying he had joined his Arsenal teammates ahead of their clash with Chivas.
The picture attached to the tweet was of Ozil alongside his teammates. Gundogan quickly deleted the message but it was too late as the gaffe had already been shared across the social media platform.
Either Ozil and Gundogan are the same person able to shape shift and play for two separate teams at the same time or the more likely explanation is both their social media accounts being run by the same person.
