Bundesliga side Hoffenheim host Liverpool at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena for a UEFA Champions League qualification clash.

The game takes place on Tuesday night, kick-off is scheduled for 19:45 (GMT).

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will be unable to call upon several key names.

Star playmaker Phillipe Coutinho has been dropped from the squad. The official reason is unknown however, Coutinho has been subject to interest from Barcelona.

Meanwhile, England international Adam Lallana is also ruled out due to a thigh injury. Nathaniel Clyne is an injury doubt going into Tuesday night’s clash.

Emre Can has been included in the squad which will travel to Germany.

The combative midfielder’s future at Liverpool is cast in doubt. Can has under 12-months left on his contract with the Reds.

Hoffenheim will be without Austrian forward Florian Grillitsch due to a foot injury.

Liverpool were held to a 3-3 draw by Watford FC over the weekend.
