Under also stated that he would also be open to playing in La Liga for the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

“The league I really want to play in is the Premier League and I would also love La Liga,” Under told beIN Turkey.

“I dream of playing for Manchester or Chelsea, also Barcelona or Real Madrid.”

The Turkish international also revealed that he admires Manchester City star David Silva as they play a similar role.

“I am a big fan of David Silva, I love the way he can play in behind the striker,” he added.

“I have played a similar position and also out wide.

“I am under no illusions that there are aspects of my game I must develop.

“I’m working every day to improve and believe I will reach the highest level.”

Under still has another four-years remaining on his Basaksehir contract and the club are desperate to keep hold of him for at least another season.

A source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football that they currently value Under as being worth £10.5 million.

Spurs were recently linked with an £8 million move for the Turkish international last month.

Under’s agent Koray Omer Uzun denied the bid but confirmed Spurs interest in his client.

“There is no agreement right now with any club, there are several clubs from England like Tottenham, Germany and France monitoring him [Under] but no deal on the table,” Uzun was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.

United have also been closely linked with Under and sent Eastern European scout Krsto Kilibarda towards the end of the season to keep tabs on the rising star during a league game against Genclerbirligi.
