'I pray for Galatasaray to be Champions' says Nordin Amrabat

Nordin Amrabat has stated that he his praying for Galatasaray to win the Turkish League title this season.

The Moroccan international who is contracted to Galatasaray, has spent the past season on loan at Malaga.

In an interview with the Turkish newspaper Bugun,  Amrabat stated, “I pray for Galatasaray to be champions.

“The title race is extremely exciting, my heart is with Galatasaray. There previous game with Mersin was tough.

“I expect the last three games to be equally as tough. I hope to be in Istanbul to celebrate when Galatasaray win the title.”

Malaga have the option to sigh Amrabat for the €3.5 million. The Lions signed Amrabat from Kayserispor for €8 million in 2012 when he joined from Kayserispor and he still has two years left on his contract.

Amrabat has seven assists and six goals in 33 appearances for Malaga this season.

The Spanish side are currently seventh in La Liga on 50 points after 36 games.
