Yaya Toure’s Manchester City future has been put into doubt following the proposed transfer of Ilkay Gundogan from Borussia Dortmund.

The Italian newspaper Corriere Dello Sport report that Toure could be on his way out of the club this summer if Gundogan signs.

The report goes onto state that Toure may join Roberto Mancini once again at Inter Milan.

The Ivory Coast international has a year remaining on his contract with City and has also been linked with a lucrative move to China.

Manchester City are edging closer to completing the transfer of Gundogan from the Dortmund. According to Bild, City are in the final stages of agreeing a fee with Dortmund for the Germany international and a deal is set to be announced before the end of May.

Gundogan will miss Euro 2016 after dislocating his knee during training earlier this month. The midfield playmaker has seven assists and three goals in 40 appearances for Dortmund this season.
