Mevlüt Erdinç has been removed from the Turkish National team squad following an injury he picked up during Turkey’s 4-0 defeat to Brazil.
Erdinç was included in the starting XI which faced Brazil at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium last night.
The Saint-Etienne striker was taken off at half time and taken to hospital for a scan.
The 27-year-old has scored three goals and made one assist in 13 appearances for Saint-Etienne this season in all competitions.
