Inter are preparing a €12m offer for Besiktas midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz according to the Fanatik.
Per the source, Inter manager Antonio Conte is keen on the Turkey international star.
The Serie A outfit are expected to hold talks with Besiktas over a summer transfer for the 23-year-old.
The report claims that Inter will send a delegation to Istanbul to lead negotiations for Tokoz.
Besiktas signed Tokoz for €150,000 last summer and he went onto become one of the signings of the season.
The midfielder exceeded expectations and cemented his position as a first-team star over the second half of the season.
Tokoz scored three goals and provided three assists in 20 league games.
The former Eskisehirspor man also became a regular call-up to the Turkish national team side.
Tokoz has five international caps scoring one goal and providing one assist.
The midfielder recently starred in the 2-0 victory over France in the Group H Euro 2020 qualifiers.
