Beşiktaş midfielder Jose Sosa revealed that he was delighted with being able to help his side beat Rizespor 2-1 at the Yeni Rize stadium.
“I am delighted that I was able to help my team with a goal. When I step on that pitch, I am trying to give everything I’ve got,” Sosa told the official Beşiktaş website.

Sosa scored the opening goal against Rizespor. The Argentinian now has three goals and five assists for the Black Eagles this season.
Sosa also underlined that Beşiktaş may not have put in their greatest performance but that it important to win even when not playing well.
“Since we’ve set our eyes on the league title, we have to get used to these types of tough matches,” he added.
“After conceding a silly goal, we did not panic and bounced back to life quickly.”
Beşiktaş moved into first position in the Süper Lig on 44 points following the win.
The Black Eagles won their sixth consecutive away game in the process. Beşiktaş have the best away record in the league, the Istanbul giants have won 10 out of their 11 games played on the road.
