Juventus are targeting moves for Tottenham defender Chiriches and Galatasaray centre-back Semih Kaya according to Sporx.
Atletico Madrid and Manchester United are also reported to be keeping tabs on Kaya.
United have reportedly set aside €15 million for the Turkish star and will look to finalise the transfer in January transfer window.
Atletico are rumoured to have asked Arda Turan to convince the young defender to join the La Liga champions.
The Turkish international defender still has four-years left on his contract and makes €1.5 million per-season.
The 23-year-old is into his third consecutive season in the Champions League and has 20 international caps.
Galatasaray are managed by former Italian national team coach Cesare Prandelli. The Lions are currently first in the Süper Lig with 19 points.
Kaya has been called up to the Turkish national team camp and is expected to start against Kazakhstan in the Euro 2016 Group A qualification game.
