Barca head coach Luis Enrique will however, be without Turkish international attacking midfielder Arda Turan due to injury.
Turan has been out since the international break but may return in time for the return leg against Juve.
The Italian giants lineup features most of their star names including Higuain, Mandzukic, Dybala and Buffon.
Juventus are undefeated in 21 European home games and have won two of their four home games in the Champions League this season – drawing the other two.
